Properties

• Extremely low viscosity and high capillary action
• Deep penetration into substrate
• Non-staining
• Non-film forming
• Reacts with dampness in the concrete forming a hydrophobic surface lining in the pores and capillaries
• Reduces ingress of water and yet permits the concrete to breathe (water vapor transmission)
• Reduces penetration of soot and grime
• Resistant to chloride ingress
