Properties

• Water-based and environmentally safe
• Exhibits excellent elastomeric properties which can easily accommodate all normal building movements to ensure permanence of waterproof seal
• Excellent adhesion to most concrete and masonry substrates
• Ability to bridge cracks up to a minimum of 2 mm in width
• Once dry can sustain total submersion
• Liquid application to complex details to form a joint less and extremely durable waterproof membrane
• Excellent resistance to water, heat and fire
• Good resistance to alkali and turpentine
