Properties

• Reacts with dampness in the concrete forming a hydrophobic surface lining in the pores and capillaries
• Easy to apply, ready to use, apply by spray, brush or roller to new or aged concrete.
• Deep penetration into substrate.
• Reduces ingress of water and yet permits the concrete to breath
• Prevents efflorescence, which will improve the bonding of cementitious toppings, coating and paints.
• Resistant to chloride ingress
